Depending on the operating conditions and destination "Arlite Co.Ltd" manufactures conveyor belts following types: general purpose, food, frost, heat, flame, flame frost-resistant, nonflammable.

Conveyor belts are manufactured in widths from 500 to 1200 mm, synthetic fabrics such as polyester EP, PP, PA tensile strength in the longitudinal direction 100, 125, 160, 200, 250, 315, 400, 500 N / mm with the number pad in the frame of 2 to 6, with a rubber double-sided plate of 2 to12 mm and rubber cushions.

All products comply with GOST 20-85 (Conveyor rubber) and industry standard Ukraine 12.00185790.001-99 GATS (conveyor belts for mines with fabric frame), as confirmed by the corresponding certificates.

Conveyor belts have a strict marking every 10-20 m along the belt.

The marking includes:
trademark of the enterprise;
belt type and sort;
cloth type;
width and amount of side irons;
thickness of rubber linings and class of rubber;
number of a belt;
part due date.

General-purpose conveyor belt

General-purpose belts are used to transport different kind of lump, bulk and unit-load cargos: from ferrous and nonferrous metal ores, competent rocks, coal, soft rocks, little abrasive and nonabrasive materials at temperature from - 45°С to + 65°С.

An example of belts reference designation:

2.1-1000-4 ЕР-200 6-2 Б РБ State Standard 20-85, where:
2.1 - belt type,
1000 - belt width, mm;
4 - quantity of side irons;
ЕР-200 - cloth sort;
6 - thickness of carrying side cover, mm;
2 - thickness of back cover, mm;
Б - rubber class;
РБ - rubber capped edge.

Tractive carcass of type 2.1 and 2.2 belts consists of 3-6 EP-200 cloth covers (a thread of a polyester fiber is in basis, a weft is made of nylon). Between the cloth covers there are rubber covers to improve belt elasticity.

The carcass (or a belt hub) effects the transfer of driving force while exploiting conveyor belts that is why an application of EP cloth in our production as well as in the world practice secures the conveyor belts:

higher resistance (high breaking strength);
weak elongation in the time of working load so it excludes the necessity of multiple breaks of work for length regulation and an extra belt butt.
secure resistibility to impact loads;
high crosscut elasticity, that allows to make the grade edge of side rolls of a conveyor bigger.

Rubber linings and capped edges protect the belt's carcass from atmospheric, mechanical and other influence.

Depending on the conditions of exploitation and purpose of belts the rubber linings are made of A, Б, И class rubber.

Mine conveyor belt

Mine rubber-fabric conveyor belts are oriented on conveyors of concentrators and surface complexes which transport the lump coal (up to 500mm) and lump rock (up to 300mm). A carcass of a belt consists of 3-6 fabric insert plies with fabric layers between them, with rubber carrying and back covers and rubber capped edges. The width of a belt is from 600 to 1200 mm inclusive. Polyester and polyamide clothes of the carcass are impregnated with a special mixture. Rubber linings are made of special ingredients - antipyrins. That effectively lows burning and gives a possibility to the belt not to continue burning after taking it from a source of flame.

Heatproof conveyor belt

Rubber-fabric conveyor belts type 2T1, 2T2, 2T3 are oriented on the transportation of hot material cargos with the temperature of 100°С, 150°С and 200°С at the enterprises of ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy, chemical industry etc.
